Myofascial Release and Wellness of Tampa Bay
Wounded Warriors Triathlon/Triathlete Qualifying Event – McDill Airforce Base
Myofascial Release and Wellness of Tampa Bay was very proud to be a part of the Florida State Sports Massage Team that provided manual therapy to the great heros of this country. This was the first of many events that Myofascial Release and Wellness of Tampa Bay, Heather Bryan, PTA, LMT will be volunteering services for our Wounded Warriors and First Responders. I would like to thank the Central Command of McDill Airforce Base for the new shirt and recognition ceremony. I will wear it proudly! Myofascial Release and Wellness of Tampa Bay specializes in the John F. Barnes approach to myofascial release that treats not just the symptoms but looks for the causes as well. The client, YOU, are not a sum of parts or a list of symptoms. You are a whole unique special individual and deserves to be treated as such. Myofascial Release treats the Whole Body, Mind and Spirit.

Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul and YOU!

Florida State Sports Massage Team
Myofascial Release is safe and effective and does not use or authorize “deadly force”. It is gentle sustained pressure which helps to “melt” the forceful grip of the fascial system which can produce pressures of 2000 pounds per square inch. So do not let the picture fool you. Your body has had enough force and trauma for a life time, lets release it today.
